  • Remove the water from the spinach. Make spinach puree.

  • 250g - Paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup - Green peas
  • 2 tbsp - Oil or ghee
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 2 - Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Alco coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder

  • Water as required

  • 250g - Paneer, cut into small cubes
  • 1 - Capsicum, cut into small cubes
  • 1 - Onion, cut into small cubes
  • 2-3 - Green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - All-purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp - Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tsp - Chili sauce
  • 1 tsp - Tomato ketchup
  • Spring - Onion greens for garnish


  • Mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and water in a bowl till you get consistency.
  • Fry the batter-coated Paneer till brown.
  • Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil over high heat on a wok pan. Add ginger, garlic, and green chilies and stir fry for a few seconds.
  • Add onions and capsicum and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  • Add the fried paneer cubes and stir until everything is coated with the sauce.

Garnish with spring onion greens.
