How to make Chole 

  1. In a bowl, add the following: Chopped onions, tomatoes & green chilli.
  2. Add all the above-listed masala powders.
  3. Add boiled potatoes and boiled Chole to it.
  4. Squeeze half the lemon over it. Add Alco chaat masala and kitchen king masala now.
  5. Lastly, add tamarind (imli) chutney. Mix it thoroughly.

Toasting a Kulcha

  1. Heat a tava and spread some butter on it.
  2. Place a Kulcha on your tawa. Spread butter over the kulcha.
  3. Toast it until it turns golden brown from the bottom. Now flip it. Toast it again.
  4. When the kulcha turns golden brown from both sides, it’s ready to serve with Chole.
