Veg Kofta Gravy

Veg Kofta is a cashew and tomato based curry with deep fried balls of minced up vegetables. Veg Kofta is an excellent vegetarian substitute for meatballs. Veg Kofta is best served with rice or naan.

Veg Kofta is a tangy, creamy and spicy curry with deep fried vegetarian meatballs and a medium spice level.

Ingredients Needed:
3 cups Water, 1/2 small bowl Boiled Vegetables (Carrots, Green Peas, French Beans, Onions etc.), 25g Boiled Potatoes, 25g Paneer, 1/2g White Pepper, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Butter & 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream.
Cook:
1. Add the Alco Kofta Curry Gravy (50g) packet to a bowl & mix thoroughly with water to create gravy.
2. Grate paneer and boiled potato. Mash boiled vegetables.
3. Mix paneer, potato and vegetables with salt and white pepper. Make kofta balls and deep fry them.
4. Melt butter in pan.
5. Add gravy & bring to rapid summer on med/high heat.
6. Add kofta balls in gravy.
7. Stir regularly until thickening or desired consistency for 8-10 min. Stir to avoid burning.
8. Remove from heat & drizzle in cream. Let sit for 3 min.
9. Served with steam Rice, Naan or Chapati
