Tofu Masala

Tofu Masala is a spice blend that is used to prepare tofu curries.

Tofu Masala adds a bold flavorful taste to any tofu curry.

1. Add the cubbed tofu, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste and Tofu Masala to a bowl and mix together.
2. Marinate for at least 1/2 an hour.
3. Bake the tofu at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 1/2 an hour.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Sauté the onion, ginger and garlic.
6. Add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and Tofu Masala.
7. Simmer and stir until the sauce thickens.
8. Add the cooked tofu to the sauce and stir.
