When you think of Indian food, the first thing that comes to mind is probably Butter Chicken. Butter Chicken is a creamy and buttery tomato based gravy that contains pieces of chicken in it. Butter Chicken is native to Northern India and was created by a man named Kundan Lal Gurjal. Butter Chicken is best served with rice or naan.

Butter Chicken is a rich, buttery and creamy curry with a medium spice level.

Ingredients Needed:
2 cups Water, 1 cup Cubed Chicken, 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste, 1/2 tbsp Garlic Paste, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/3 tbsp Butter, 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
Prep:
1. Marinate chicken in salt, garlic, & ginger: 15-20 min.
2. Add the Indian Gravy Mix contents to a bowl & mix thoroughly with water to create gravy.
Cook:
1. Pan fry chicken: 3 min.
2. Melt butter in pan.
3. Add gravy & bring to rapid simmer on med/high heat. Stir regularly until thickening or desired consistency 6-12 min. Stir to avoid burning.
4. Remove from heat & drizzle in cream. Let sit: 3 min.
5. Enjoy!
