Instant Amritsari Chole Gravy

Our Amritsari Chole flavor makes for an excellent rich dark and delicious simmer sauce that pairs well with chickpeas.

Ingredients Quantity
Soaked/ Boiled Chickpeas 1 cup
Water 500ml
Tomato 150g
Oil  3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Ginger 1 tsp
Onion (Chopped) 1 cup
ALCO Amritsari Chole Gravy Powder 50g


  1. First, add Alco Amritsari Chole Gravy(50g) packet to a bowl and thoroughly with water to create a gravy.
  2. Then heat oil to a pan. Then add tomatoes and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Then add gravy and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Then add boiled chickpeas and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Then add water and cook for 6-12 minutes till the gravy thickens, while stir regularly
  6. Garnish with chopped ginger, coriander leaves, and onion
  7. Serve Hot
